Out and About in Edmonton
Where do you like to out and about with your little one in Edmonton?
When I was working as a nanny my most frequented spots with infants/toddlers were the library, museum and of course the local coffee shop for some adult time with moms and babies from our playgroup.
What restaurants do you find to be most baby friendly? I used to love taking my charges to the Sweetwater Cafe (that dates how long I've been a nanny!) but I haven't worked weekends for sometime so no longer have a sense of where kids are welcome or at least graciously tolerated :)

We love the various play gyms around our area in the winter and the awesome splash parks and play parks in the summer and the zoo! We also enjoy the free Edmonton Public library programs!! As a family I've always found Boston Pizza to be very kid friendly!!! Humpty's is too! Nothing fancy, but at least you can look around and see other families and not feel like the spotlight is on you ;)

There's an indoor playground at the Terwilligar Rec Centre - kids under two are free, don't know about older kids.
We've been to many restaurants with our little guy (who is about to turn one) without any issues. If I'm not sure about whether he would be welcome, I will call ahead to ask.
